Windows 10 = Double the productivity!

Is this a new Windows 10 superfeature? I just noticed that while drawing on my computer (Thinkpad Yoga), I can also push buttons with my right hand (The left hand being the hand that is drawing things). What? For shizzle! Actually, at fist I was confused as to why the palm rejection stopped working but then I noticed It was only not rejecting touches on the left side of the cursor. So I found the "use left hand" pen setting and viola! I can now draw and switch tools at the same time. I know, awesome, right? I've been wanting to be able to do that for years. Well.. I've been wanting to use a pen and a mouse at the same time for years. Now I don't have a mouse anymore so this is even better. If someone tells me it's not a Windows 10 thing and I could've been doing it the whole time I might feel some feelings. I don't know what kind of feelings, but there sure would be some.

Maddening Ad-Libs

Do you have some random nouns and verbs bouncing around inside your head? Do you need to find them a good home? Try putting them over here. I made this thing as an experiment so if you want to help me out, try it and let me know if it works or not.

*UPDATE: I'm going through a little host restructuring. Try this link to get there for now. Thanks!*

Worm Wishes for FREE!

Inspired by the work of Pendleton Ward, Pax wrote this story about three inquiring worms. You might notice that I made some minor edits to the ending but I'm sure it's where he was going with the story anyway. Actually, Pax told me this story a few months ago but I wanted to mess around with this new Pentel Fude Brush Pen. I usually just doodle around with Prangs or Faber-Castells so the Fude was a lot of fun to play with. At least it was once I figured out how to get the ink flowing. At fist it was real dry. So I searched the youtubes and found out that some people didn't like how super-inky it was. In a search for reconsiliation, I opened it up and found that the seal hadn't punctured well and ink wasn't really getting into the brush. It took a little while longer to figure out that I had to squeeze it's guts out to get things really going. But now everything is just peachy. So there you have it.

Speaking of things you can have... you can have a FREE PDF of this story over at my store page. And if you're feeling especially benefactory, actual physical copies will be available in about a month or so.

Once the performance started, Lorenzo realized that he didn't have much to contribute to his new acapella group.

Jake is a bad person. While his friends aren't paying attention, he peels the screen protectors off their electronic devises.

Joke Race/Ye Olde Cort Curbow

I've been playing this Cort Curbow five-string bass for a long time now. I think Casey played his SG this week. But now that I think about it. I don't remember. But it probably was. So... now you know that. Cool huh?

Letterboxing/Where My Turkeys At?

I recently tried some letterboxing. It's an "intriguing pastime combining navigational skills and rubber stamp artistry in a charming treasure hunt style outdoor quest." Pretty interesting I think. Kind of like Geocaching only artsier. I found the captain stamp here in Southport and that really detailed tree stamp at Boomer Lake in Oklahoma with a bunch of family folks. Some of them left fingerprints since they weren't "with it" enough to bring their own stamps.
